"Elevate Others/ Kindness Monday"

**intentional/random acts of kindness**

*How can we elevate others in our community?*

​

IDEAS:

- Pay for someone's coffee behind u in drive-thru

- Take someone to dinner

- Text someone you haven't spoken to in a while

- Ask someone their passion

- Pay for a spin class & invite some friends

- Plan an adventure/ activity & invite some new friends

- Make it a point to compliment a person who is wearing a bright color

- Smile at someone who is wearing headphones

- Write positive affirmations on 10 sticky notes & hand it to someone new you see every hour

- Make some lunch bags & go into downtown & hand them out with some friends!

- Spend a Saturday in the community offering a listening ear (make a sign & sit in a park)
